• Please call or e-mail your custom requests. All of our products are custom made and can be made larger or smaller, customized etc.

• When an item is clicked to purchase this only sends a request for item to be purchased. You will be contacted by a representative to complete the purchase. At that time you will be able to order your request and make payment. Our prices do not include shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days (for large purchases) for shipping price. Smaller items are usually processed the same day, and shipped within 48 hours.

• Some of our raw proucts require a breakage fee if not purchasing bale quantities.

• Some of our products require a minimum square footage purchase.
