Terms and Conditions of Sale (please
read carefully)
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. -
5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. You are very welcome to e-mail anytime.
PAYMENTS: Payment Terms: Orders are prepaid
prior to shipping. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. Any order paid by check will be shipped once the check has
cleared the bank. Any check for whatever reason, which is returned to our
bank, will incur a $35.00 charge.
MATERIALS: All of our materials are natural,
and therefore subject to variation. Bamboo will split. We do not guarantee
that our materials will satisfy your particular use, but we will always
try to advise you, as best as we can, on the most suitable materials to
use. Due to the various growing seasons around the world, not all products
are available year round. Dimensions are approximate and colors
may vary. We do not guarantee color
matches.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY: Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice. There is a $200.00 minimun order on all raw products,
except elephant grass and mexican rain cape. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING POLICY: You the customer are
responsible for all freight charges. On small orders (under 8 ft long, and
less than 150 lbs we can ship UPS. Larger orders are shipped common
carrier. We quote a ball park shipping cost. The actual shipping cost may
vary slightly. You would be notified before charging.
RETURNS: No returned merchandise will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Call suncoast to
request your return authorization number., which must be noted on
every carton. A 20% restocking fee is charged on returned
materials. Any item that has been cut split or altered in anyway
cannot be returned. Custom built orders cannot be returned. If it
is our mistake we will correct it.
FIRE SAFETY: Fire safety is an important issue,
and it is YOUR responsibility to discuss your intentions with your local
Fire Marshall before your installation. Our Pre-Fire- Retarded products
are supplied with a California State Fire Marshall approved Certification
of Application. We also have a range of fire retardants to suit most
applications that can be applied on site following the manufacturer's
recommendations.
PRODUCT MERCHANTABILITY: All goods are sold
according to the limitations of warranties: The express limited warranty
is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express or implied,
including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend
beyond the description of the products sold except as expressly set forth
herein. The disclaimer and exclusion of warranties shall survive the
expiration of the limited warranty. The remidies of owner for any
specifically provided herein and owner hereby waives any and all other
claims, actions, and demands. As we cannot anticipate all conditions under
which this information and our products, or the products of other
manufacturers in combination with our products may be used, we accept no
responsibility for the results obtained by the use of this information or
products. Users are advised tomake their own tests to determine the saftey
and suitability of each such products or product combination for their own
purposes.
We sell the products without guarantee or warrantee, and buyers and
users assume all responsibility and liability for loss or damage arising
from the handling or use of our products whether used alone or in
conjunction with other products. Suncoast Tiki Huts shall not be liable in
any case for any damage, however incurred to buildings, property of the
contents thereof, nor will we be responsible for special, incidental or
consequential ro penal damages.
TRANSPORTATION LOSSES / DAMAGES / SHORTAGES /
CLAIMS Please read Carefully
Suncoast will assist you, but please note that shipping
claims are YOUR responsibility. It is
YOUR responsibility to inspect, count and report all
losses, damages, etc., before the driver departs.

COUNT THE CARTON / GOODS YOU RECEIVE Open all packaging
and ensure you have received all items ordered. You MUST
notify Suncoast Tiki Huts WITHIN 4 DAYS of receipt of
materials of any short supply. Suncoast will not replace any damaged
or short materials brought to Suncoast's attention after 4 days of receipt
of materials, and which have not been clearly marked on the
delivery note.
2. DAMAGED CARTONS / GOODS Check
materials received for damage. Examine in front of the driver and mark
findings clearly on both copies of the bill of lading. Have driver sign
your copy. Immediately inform Suncoast of damages in order to submit a
Damages Claim against the shipper.
CONCEALED DAMAGES: IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED WHEN
MERCHANDISE IS UNPACKED, SUNCOAST MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF
RECIEPT OF GOODS SO A CLAIM CAN BE LODGED WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY. DO NOT
DESTROY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL SHIPMENT IS INSPECTED AND CLAIM SETTLED BY
FREIGHT COMPANY.
3. IF COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, REFUSE
DELIVERY If unable to use any of the broken or damaged
goods, refuse delivery. Mary your copy and carriers copy and have the
driver sign copy. Example (delivery refused-materials broken and
unusable.) Immediately inform Suncoast of refusal to accept
delivery.
